As of 1 November 2011
1) Contract conclusion /Correction possibility
The order of the customer constitutes an offer. An actual contract only materialises after we have accepted that offer, at the latest when the product has been dispatched.
An order can only be placed after all mandatory data (marked with *) has been entered into the order form. Should certain data be missing – or if we cannot confirm the order for any other reason – the client receives an error notification. Before the order is ultimately sent off, the customer is given the opportunity to correct the order. The customer receives supporting detailed information during the order process.
Once the order process is concluded, the customer receives a message saying “Your order is completed and has been successfully sent”. This does not yet constitute an acceptance of the customer’s offer.
2) Acknowledgement of receipt
Once we have received the offer, the customer is notified via an e-mail to the stated e-mail address. This notification does not yet constitute an acceptance of the customer’s offer.
3) Contract retention
We do not store the purchase contract. If the customer wants to retain the text of the contract, the following options are open:
- Store the e-mail receipt
- Print the e-mail receipt
4) Contract language
The contract language is English.
5) Customer offer obligation
The customer offer is binding for 30 days after the offer has been received.
6) Prices
All quoted prices include all taxes (incl. VAT) and duties, as well as postage costs, provided the latter have not been stated separately.
7) Due date /Advance payment
Unless any other payment method is agreed, the customer commits to paying the full purchase price as soon as the contract is concluded. The product is not dispatched until the full payment has been received.
8) Right of withdrawal
Customers who are consumers as defined within the terms of the Austrian consumer protection act of similar legislations in their respective countries of residence can withdraw from a distance selling contract (or a contractual statement via distance selling) within 14 calendar days after receipt of the delivery.
It is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement within the aforementioned deadline without provision of reasons. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the deadline. The customer does, however, definitely have 7 work days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to announce withdrawal.
In the event of a withdrawal the purchase price including postage costs is refunded step by step in exchange for the return of the products delivered to the customer.
All products need to be returned in an unused and “as new” re-sellable condition in the original packaging. If any article shows signs of usage – provided these signs of usage were not caused by usual intended use – we reserve the right to charge an appropriate fee to cover depreciation. The same applies if any article is returned with missing accessories or parts.

9) Exemption from the right of withdrawal
For audio or video recordings, as well as computer software on CDs, DVDs, videos etc., the right of withdrawal only exists if the products have not been unsealed.
10) Return postage costs Austria
The return postage costs are charged to the customer. Should any product be returned without pre-paid postage, we reserve the right to retain or invoice an appropriate sum.
11) Return postage costs for German customers
The return postage costs for private customers (consumers) are, in principle, covered by us. The return postage costs are charged to corporate clients and also consumers if the value of the returned goods is below EUR 40 or if the payment or partial payment has not yet been made at the time of contract withdrawal. This does not apply if the delivered products are not in line with the initial order.
Should any product – against the aforementioned regulations – be returned without pre-paid postage, we reserve the right to retain or invoice an appropriate sum.
12) Data processing
The customer agrees that the following personal data (name, surname, street address, place of residence, country of residence, phone number and e-mail address) are stored for the purpose of the order transaction and bookkeeping.
13) Declaration of consent to the receipt of advertising e-mails – retraction
The customer consents to the receipt of notifications from our company regarding our products, current offers and other corporate information via advertising e-mails, especially via newsletters. The customer has the option to retract this consent at any given time via a respective link included in our newsletters.
